Update Outlook items in the shared Outlook Folder
Click on the underlined links.
There are several ways your updates can propagate to other members:
1) By default, all your updates are sent out when Outlook performs the "Send/Receive" process. This happens when you manually click the "Send and Receive All" button, or when Outlook automatically performs the scheduled account synchronization process in accordance with Outlook settings (Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Send/Receive...)
a) If you want your updates in the selected folder to be sent immediately, you can click "Update current folder" on the ShareO Toolbar.
b) After editing items in several different folders, you may click the "Update ALL folders" icon on the Outlook Toolbar.
2) Use the Management Panel to define the users’ rights, re-send all or filtered data, and set sharing rules for each folder. The Management Panel allows you to conveniently manage your sharing settings for each folder. All your Outlook folders are listed on the left-hand side of the window. A folder that is shared with other users appears in boldface. Click on each folder and adjust its settings. Management Panel available from Outlook toolbar or ShareO/ShareCalendar/ShareContacts menu.
