Other Sharing methods (Management panel)

  1. Use the "Share" button that will be available from the right-click menu of any Outlook folder. That will open the Sharing Wizard.

  2. Use the Management Panel that will be available from ShareO / ShareCalendar / ShareContacts menu. Click here to learn more.

  3. Choose your group members with whom you are going to share this folder, by clicking the "Add" button and selecting each member from your contacts.

  4. Define users’ rights and set sharing rules for each folder. The Management Panel allows you to conveniently manage your sharing settings for each folder. All your Outlook folders are listed on the left-hand side of the window. A folder that is shared with other users appears in boldface. Click on each folder and adjust its settings.

  5. Click "Close" or "Save" to update the folders setting and send updated data to the shared users.

  6. Choose the shared filter settings and click the "Send" button. (filter settings are not available in the trial version)

  7. Click the "Send/Receive All" button from the Outlook toolbar or Tools menu.

Note: Please do not use "Re-send Data..." after adding participants; these buttons are used for re-sending data only. Use them only if your data is not received by other users.

 

Important: Make sure that all e-mail addresses of the selected members are correct and that each member uses that particular e-mail address in his ShareO (ShareCalendar / ShareContacts).

 

Note: After the ”update being sent” progress bar appearance or after synchronization the confirmation message about the update complete transfer will be displayed. You can select not to show this message in the future.
