Create Outlook group calendar, public address book, shared project tasks, sales or support e-mail and Journal folders to track participants' responses, shared documents, etc. ShareO's Outlook group folders make the group scheduling, handling of project tasks, documents review and coordination, responding to support and sales e-mails, and managing customers' contacts easy.
Install the software on participants' computers (PCs)
The participant chosen as folder Administrator creates a folder under personal folders of a chosen type (Calendar for Group calendar, E-mail - for documents and e-mails public folder, etc...)
The Administrator adjusts the folder’s settings and the user access rights by using the Management panel.
The Administrator adds participants to the selected shared personal folder and clicks "Send and Receive". All the data will be sent to the participants.
The participants will receive an invitation that they need to accept by clicking "OK".
Your public folder is ready to work. Any item that any member with full rights puts in the public folder will be sent and will propagate to the other users' PCs. You can always choose any personal folder with the data that you already have in your Outlook and share it, to make it public.
